Academic excellence
Our programs have a track record of academic success. Our rigorous curriculum is coupled with study skills and tools that give every student a pathway to success. Our exceptional teachers support and stretch every student so they can achieve their goals.
Students are challenged with mind-blowing math and science. Historical figures jump off the pages as underrepresented heroes emerge and lessons question the conquerors. Deep dives in English and literature shape future authors and clear communicators. Our curriculum is designed to be equitable and provide culturally-relevant, inclusive subjects and studies.
Artistic brilliance
At PCS, arts and music take center stage while they face cuts at other schools. We have a stellar arts and world languages program. Our school recognizes the importance of visual and performing arts and we have a broad range of visual arts, theater arts, and music classes. We offer four languages – Spanish, French, Latin, and Chinese – and students achieve linguistic proficiency within three years. Our arts and language program develops cultural literacy, and uplifts the contributions of diverse cultural traditions.
