Latin Classes Create Curse Tablets

Just in time for the darkening season, Ms. Murphy's classes brought Latin to life in the Student Center.
Latin 1 made amulets with inscribed formulaic phrases to ward off evil. Latin 2, 3, and 4 made curse tablets on which they inscribed curses directed toward their enemies (real or imagined). 
Curse tablets were traditionally made of thin sheets of lead. Once inscribed, they were rolled up and nailed to the enemy's house!
