PCS Star Basketball Player Scores 1000 Points!

Only 1% of high school athletes do what PCS Junior Kat Buckley did on the basketball court last night: score more than 1000 points in their career.
As Athletic Director Todd Osborne put it, "Not only did Kat score more than 35 points to blow past 1000 points, but she did it the first half of our home game against Seaside." Kat's athleticism is matched with incredible sportsmanship, which was on display in the small post-game ceremony marking her achievement. Only after thanking her coaches, teammates and Mr. Osborne for their support did she say with a smile that she's proud to have reached the 1000 point milestone.
Our Puma Basketball team remains undefeated this season, which means we have a shot at the league championship, which PCS hasn't won since 2018. And, lucky for us, Kat will be at PCS next season as well- we can't wait to see what she does in her senior year!
