At the cross-country league finals on November 1, 2025 several incredible PCS athletes qualified to advance to CCS this year.
The PCS Girls, including Iris Paten, Navia Tershy, Alice Gilbert-King, Lilly Froeming, Cameron Johnson and Siobhan Wall qualified as A TEAM
and Alex Profumo, Jude Holmlund and Wesley Koontz qualified individually for the state-level competition.

What's more, our girls not only qualified for CCS playoffs based on their running ability, but they are the #1 team in the CCS for academic achievement with a cumulative GPA of 3.911.

Iris Paten was 2nd in the overall race and 1st in Cypress division running 18.53. Navia Tershy was 9th in Cypress division earning first team all league honors. Alex Profumo was 3rd in Cypress earning first team all league. Jude Holmlund ran 19.13 and Wesley Koontz ran 19.48-- both also advance to sectionals.
We are so proud of our Puma Scholar-Athletes and incredibly grateful to their dedicated coaches, Charles Koontz, Hilary Alvarado and Rebecca Paten! ROAR!
